How to make a booking:

Email or telephone to ascertain availability. We respond to emails as quickly as possible.

A provisional booking can be made and held for 7 days to allow completion of Booking Form and your payment/deposit. At the end of 7 days the provisional booking lapses.

If you have not completed your booking, you have no booking.

Deposit is 100.

On return of your completed Booking Form and payment of your deposit/payment your booking reservation is complete.

The balance of your payment is due 42 days prior to your arrival.

If the balance is not received within 7 days of the due date the booking will lapse into a cancelled booking (please read Cancelled Booking, Terms and Conditions).

A security deposit of 100 must be made with the balance of payment or if a card payment is made a payment to cover the cost of any cleaning or damage may be deducted from your card, on your departure. If you leave the property clean, tidy and undamaged the security deposit is returned.

If you require cot or high chair hire this must be booked in advance and paid for with the balance.

Telephoning is secure for you rather than sending details. (You may not always get a reply first time when telephoning as we do not always have someone available to answer). Unless essential, please do not telephone after 7 pm or at the weekends.

Email the completed Booking Form or print and post. You will receive an email receipt normally within 7 days
